- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I waited about 20 mins for a banker and never received recognition. Only one banker was busy with a customer. Two were having a conversation. - ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Just another chase branch office in Los Gatos. Tends to be empty, which is good. The location for this office is a bit unfortunate and some contortionism is required to reach the parking lot.
