  I was a first time buyer and I was working with a agent that my friend had recommended. I had the worst experience ever with her. I felt pressured by her to buy what she wanted me to buy, not what I really liked. As a first time buyer I was frustrated, so I decided to keep looking on my own. I found a mobile home within my budget and exactly what I was looking for. I directly contacted the seller’s agent, Daniel Pizano, and told him my sister and I were interested in buying that mobile home. I explained that we were on our own looking and had no agent helping us. He got us to see the house and then called me back to see if we liked it. I told him we did and we wanted to make an offer. He agreed to represent us. He was very neutral since he was representing the seller and us, the buyers. Daniel took care of everything and made the process so smooth. The entire process was so quick and without any issue. My experience with Daniel was so different from I had gone through before. He took well care of everything. When it’s time to sell my house I will have Daniel help me sell it and buy another one. I also will recommend him to my friends and relatives when they need an agent. I am a very happy buyer thanks to Daniel’s help. Thank you Daniel for helping us buy our home. You did an excellent job. You’re awesome!
